Bytestone development manual

How development is done across the Bytestone / drummonds projects: the methods, and the reasoning behind the conventions they share. The tools implement what is written here; when the two disagree, this manual is the one to fix first.

Tools

• task-plus (tp) — the deterministic parts of the method: releases, docs build and deploy, issues, stories, worktrees.
• jeeves — keeps a handful of personal machines consistent (dotfiles, tooling, secrets, editor). Private.
